Free Shipping Policy
$650 minimum for free shipping within geographic area (Large bulk orders may incur an additional charge)
Return Policy
Contact Customer Service for Return Authorization at (877) 342-1914. We will need to know the reason for return, invoice number, and Dik number you would like to return.
There is a 20% restocking fee on saleable products. After 1 year of purchase, non-returnable.
For items with expiration dates please return to us 6 months prior to the expiration date.
Dropship Policy
We will drop ship an item directly from the manufacturer on non stocked items. You would pay the actual freight.
If you need a product we stock shipped directly to your customer, possible shipping fees apply.
